Formally JP Gardening Services, we quickly outgrew this and undertook all aspects of commercial gardening and landscaping in Northants and beyond. As a growing team we realised our passion was the commercial side of gardening and Northants Groundcare Ltd was formed. Now a leading service provider for Northamptonshire and surrounding counties, we take extreme pride in ensuring every client’s premises are finished to a high professional standard. Our clients include schools, retail, manufacturers and local authorities. We pride ourselves on providing a bespoke service to each and every client, from initial contact to aftercare.
Our head honcho, Mr John Power, still leads the team and oversees every contract, just as he did when we were a small gardening service. He had the foresight to employ a great team around him (not to mention his amazing web content writer and blogger ;)…) He also still employs his father (the brains of the outfit) and has his son lined up to join the team as soon as he is old enough! John started the company over 7 years ago and is very passionate about every contract the company takes on. He personally assesses and quotes for every project we have coming in so you will very likely meet him! On top of this John has built up great relationships with local suppliers so the majority of materials we use support local businesses.
Based in Corby, Northants, our commercial gardening services now cover the whole of Northamptonshire, Leicestershire, Rutland and surrounding areas. As a testament to the quality of work Northants Groundcare undertakes, to date all of our contracts have come from word of mouth. This is something that fills us with extreme pride!
